Sales Tax - Starting in March 2019 ebay will start collecting sales tax for those specific states that require such.  At this time several states have been identified by ebay, and that list is expected to expand.  Where appropriate ebay will add the sales tax to the purchase price based on the delivery address of the buyer.  Ebay calculates, collects and remits the sales tax directly to each state as required.

Postcard - Mammoth Cave, KY.  Shows an underground structure called The Bridal Altar.   To right states copyright 1902 by H. C. Carter, Ben Hains, Cave Photographer.  An undivided back type postcard.  Very good condition, but does have a crease to the right of the picture in the blank white area, which is more visible from the back side.  Some wear at the corners.  An early postcard of the cave.
